“Support team is very knowledgeable and has helped me a lot in deciding on a sword. I highly recommend Swordis if you are new to collecting and have questions on how to start. They even go on and tell me how to maintain the sword and to contact them anytime I have a question.”

“My first order was lost in the mail and after waiting a while, contacting customer support was no help since they said they have no control over the mail. The only thing they could do was to ship out another sword which I received much later.”

“Ordered a sword that ended up not being up to my expectations since it was just too simple. I spoke to support and they have been extremely helpful in processing my return and I opted for credits which I can now use towards my purchase for a different sword.”

“I never received a tracking number for my package and had to contact customer support for it. Agent was friendly and resent it to my email but i did not get it. I had to contact them again and manually wrote it down instead.”

“Shipping was longer than anticipated. Also not too happy with the sword I ordered going on sale just a week later. I could have saved 85! Perhaps honor the sale price if its within a week or two? Thanks”

“slight delay in shipping and color was not as pictured on the site. ultimately not 100% happy but support did offer to process returns but i also wanted to keep it. I would have been happier with a partial refund and getting to keep the sword”

“Got this as a gift for my girlfriend on our 6 month anniversary, just an excuse really because she wants to start her own collection. Shipping was delayed because the package was stuck at the distribution center for almost a week. I had to drive 45 mins to get it. Customer support helped all they could and even offered to send out another but I decided to go ahead and see if they could find it at the center.”
