“ Customer support was quite rude when I said I wanted a refund for the delay. They told me I could return it and only then I will receive the refund. I opted to keep since return is too much trouble. ”

“ slight delay in shipping and color was not as pictured on the site. ultimately not 100% happy but support did offer to process returns but i also wanted to keep it. I would have been happier with a partial refund and getting to keep the sword ”
