“Item is acceptable; it did have marks and minor scratches on it. Also, when switched on, the screen has a couple of glow spots that show up on a dark screen. Do not know if they check for this. But price is cheaper than apple”

“Purchased refurbished IPhone XR. Phone is immaculate and battery health is 100%. Very pleased with purchase especially knowing it comes with one years warranty. Delivery was slightly delayed but within 3 days rather than next day but it was just before Christmas so delays to be expected. Prompt response when I contacted customer services about delivery. Would purchase from here again.”

“I bought refurbished iphone7 from The Range (plus) not realising it was reallybfrom Swycha until 3 months later my battery kept running out needing recharging multiple times a day. It is only 50% capacity now when fully charged and can’t use apps even though 128gb because of this. I had no clue that refurbished phones did not mean brand new battery. I now have to pay £60 for a new battery locally after spending £200 on the phone. Very disappointed. They should say on any website selling them “used battery” to alert people. It also didn’t come with a charging lead so very disappointing.”

Dear customer, We're really sorry for the inconvenience this has caused you, and as discussed with over the phone with you, the batteries are tested for tolerances to ensure they meet the minimum requirements and can confirm that we have not missold the phone, it is refurbished and as discussed, are more than happy to swap the unit it for another, newer model so that you don't have to pay for a replacement battery. “The service and delivery were very good. Unfortunately the battery on the old phone I had was not good and the new one I’ve received from you is worse than my old one, I purchased two phones, one is ok the other one isn’t, having to charge it twice a day.
