I would like to thank Ron Silver from SydneyFX for being of tremendous help to me. It wasn’t an easy decision to start trading but with the support of the people closest to me, I’m giving it a go. Trading doesn’t always lead to success and if it does it takes time, effort, and trial and error. Taking all of this into consideration I treaded slowly. My first few conversations with Ron Silver were about the company itself. I wanted to know who I was working with and if I can trust them through the process. Another worry I had was about the trading platform they used. If it was one that was tried and tested for not crashing and inconveniencing clients. That was an important point for me because say I’m in the middle of completing a transaction and the system crashes, what would that leave me with? These are all questions that I think go through the head of most traders.

“I can’t say if this is a scam or not, but this is my experience. After the initial deposit and a couple of month’s successful trading, I was able to withdraw small amounts from my account. Then there started to be pressure to invest larger amounts. My initial investment was strange as I had to pay an invoice from Greenkeeper Ltd who supply services to people maintaining golf courses, but the money was credited to my account minus a commission fee. Then I was told I needed to put in more money otherwise I risked losing my original investment. This was when my problems started, my bank in the UK refused to deposit and said it was a scam, they referred this to the Police fraud department. I tried with 3 other regulated platforms but all refused to deposit to the SydneyFX wallet. At this point I decided to close my trades and withdraw what was left of my money. I was told by my account manager that I could not do this without depositing more money and that I’d entered into a legally binding verbal contract. This was the first I’d heard of it and challenged it. I was the told that if I wanted help to retrieve my funds I would have to remove my trust pilot review, otherwise I would receive no help. This I did, but sadly after being subjected to very aggressive and intimidating phone calls, the position remains the same. I’m told in no uncertain terms, the only way to retrieve my investment is to deposit substantially more, I was upset because I had used up all of my other alternatives before I was able to get my money returned in full within a week after finding SEEKRAIL.COM and Helped me out.”

I have been working with SydneyFX for almost a year now and being that it hasn’t been a long time at all I didn’t think my review would be substantial enough. However, I couldn’t resist, this company is great in all aspects.
My account manager Adam Blum helped me set up my account and taught me what I was lacking in regards to trading. He made sure to speak at my level so I don’t get lost with all the information he was sharing. When I reached the point of wanting to make a deposit or transaction, he was supportive but not convincing. I appreciated that and as a result of his attitude I worked slowly and made thought threw decisions and I feel only through working in this way did I make profits. However, things changed when I was urged to make larger deposits, with warnings that I might lose my original investment if I didn’t. When I decided to close my trades and withdraw the remaining balance, my account manager informed me that I couldn’t withdraw without making another deposit, citing a “verbal agreement” I’d never heard of. My bank in the UK flagged this as suspicious and refused further transfers, even escalating it to the fraud team, which turned out successful. ARNING!! I had my account frozen with my lives savings and it took a month of poor communication and stress (emails saying it’s not guaranteed that i will even get my own money) to get it back. According to SEEKRAIL.COM who was able to help me get my money back, they are an unregulated trading platform and it is an offence to trade without being regulated by the authorized regulatory bodies.”
