“Purchased CCTV camera was unable to connect to network drive for reasons unknown. No response to any e-mails sent and when called would always say they would call back (but never did). Had to request a refund through the PayPal buyer protection scheme but without this I fear I would still be waiting (and waiting and waiting) for a response.”

I am afraid I have to disagree with your review, we assisted you as best as we could, we took back the camera when it was out of the 14 days return period and refunded straight away. We understand you did not want to go through the firmware update which was recommended by the Manufacturer which could have worked. Kind regards, System Sat Team

“Ordered 2 dishes which should have included LNB s however these were missing when delivered. Contacted them by email and they phoned next day. LNBs turned up next day. Excellent resolution to my query!”

“paid £10 express delivery for an item costing £9 Delivery day late because support says wasn't picked Thursday When it arrived Saturday the cable was black and my invoice clearly shows I ordered white”
