“Still not received items ordered after five days. No response to emails or telephones calls”

“Terrible supplier i paid for next day delivery and almost 2 months later i have not received my items, they do not answer the phone or reply to emails i am now going to see if my bank can help refund my £92.00. Avoid at all costs.”

“Had to cancel my order as after multiple phone calls and emails I was ignored . I was promised a full refund but after a week I am still waiting have had to turn to PayPal for help.”

“Although happy with the product the company was a nightmare to deal with. They NEVER answer the phone or emails and even though we paid for next day delivery the company took 2 days to have the part collected by the delivery company. We will not be using them again.”

“I ordered this and it was not shipped after a week so I raised 2 tickets to ask fr it to be cancelled and no reply to either. I then phoned and couldnt get through so left a message and again no reply and still no refund and no goods two weeks later.”
