“there seemed a few days between placing the order and it being picked to be dispatched, a couple of days could have been saved here”

“Everything as advertised and a quick service - excellent. Product instructions were however very poor with inadequate illustrations and some parts that were clearly changed in design. Online resources from other suppliers filled the gap! Happy to recommend you but would suggest improved online instructions / illustrations / photos at least of this product. Zone 2 Sat Dish kit - Raven”

“Correspondence good and delivery. Only concern was item purchased came loose without any packaging or instructions, and no batteries. The item could be second hand or refurbished, no way of knowing. Having said that, it works.”

“I would have awarded 5 stars but their website promised to price match anyone reputable company selling the product for less. I pointed out when ordering that Amazon had the same goods for less. This was not commented on or fulfilled.”

“1.25 m dish and mount arrived in two days and in good condition.\n\nmount would not accept the Stab hh120 motor and after many telephone tries was told by support that the correct mount would be a further £30!. original mount was modified and now works perfectly, pulling in approx 20% more signal quality on badr/nilesat than the previous 1.1m dish\n\napart from the mount problem a good experince\n\n”

“The dish was delivered within a few days , the quality of the product was very good and very good value for money.\nThe instructions with the package was poor, and as I knew next to nothing about getting the location, I had to resort to other web sites. Found most of the information, elevation is tricky when you don't tell us the offset of the arm! After a lot of reading and checking angles with a protractor the dish is up and working well, pleased with the results.”
