Very good item, only issue was with next day delivery - arrived after 2 days - but refund issued.

Very Good For what i wanted for my Skybox re achieve and also its stable when its windy, I recommend its one best ive had in my last 3 dishes

Specific LMB replacement units have different shaft diameters, this is not made plain in product details. Shaft dimensions would be helpful.\n\nOrder process was efficient and well designed. A good service.

Excellent service, fast and reliable. The only thing I would like to add that my dish came slightly damaged on the top of the edge, probably during delivery.

Communication was poor. I was contacted on the 2nd working day after the order about a 'technical' query that turned out to be a change of colour that needed to be agreed. The contact took the form of a telephone message that was garbled and the phone number left for me to ring was undecipherable. The website didn't have a phone number displayed, so I had to send an email for someone to contact me. All this resulted in a delay of 3 days before my order was dispatched. When I contacted the Sales manager I was just fobbed off with a lame excuse.\nThe product itself was brilliant and worked a treat.

Very quick delivery. However, a proper VAT invoice was not available at the time of ordering. That said, a VAT invoice was supplied after an e-mail request was submitted.

Quick Delivery and only fault instructions are two small on A5 more detail in how to erect brackets\nBut very happy with what i ordered

The M6 16mm bolt on the elevation bracket is difficult to tighten up. The nut faced outwards and was impossible to tighten with a socket piece . I put a second nut and bolt through with the nut facing opposite, facing the wall which could receive the socket.\nThe LNB , I applied rubber boots to the F connectors and then was unable to close the shutter as there was not enough space.\nThe twin cable supplied was difficult to thread on to the F connectors as the covering was so thin, and in 3 places the braided wire was showing through, and will have to replace cable next year.\nThe SK 45 was good value and first time I had attempted an installation and was delivered in 3 days.

excellent ordering and delivery time. Very disappointed in courier service you employ. My order came in bag with bubble wrap,stating on front "Handle with care" and " if not in contact neighbour" yet my order was thrown over a 7 foot fence in the rain and a card left . When I opened the bag the box was crumpled on edges where it had clearly bounced off the paving slabs in my garden. I have yet to try my Eaglebox 800 but if I find it not to work I will be returning it for a refund. Again I have no problems with Systemsat, as i said, great delivery time.

My order arrived very quickly but I was dissapointed with the way the dish face was packed as it was damaged on arrival.\nAfter contacting SystemSat and sending them photographic evidence of the damage to the dish face a replacement unit was sent out which arrived today in good order.\n\nI still feel that SystemSat need to pay more attention to the way the items are packed, the replacement dish front which is about 2" wide is sent in a 7" wide box without any other packing to stop the dish moving around in the box.
