“Received the day after the order was placed, I felt the dish assembly instruction could have been improved and that seeking the satellite instructions would have been beneficial. I had to call in a satellite engineer to show me how. But it works well.”

“I was given an erroneous advice. I asked could I use my existing smart TIVUSAT receiver but was told negative as each card corresponding to each decoder. When I got the new decoder my old card works just like the one provided.”

“Received wrong Cable clips AE0001 Instead of AE0006 14mm. Replaced promptly next day which allowed me to complete work on time. Thought I had ordered a roll of Self Amalgamating tape as pictured on order but received small offcut. a bit confusing but probably my fault. Pleased you had everything I needed of good quality.”

“The satellite dish arrived the next day and I installed it without major difficulty apart from a missing plastic piece which seals the LNB arm. I used tape to seal the arm. Otherwise excellent!”
