“Very happy with my order, from quality and price to the quick delivery. Instructions alittle vague. I would have given a five star rating. But the wall bracket fixing kit was missing. Which when I called the customer service team couldn't apologies enough and told me that they would be sending me a complete fixing kit”

“Delivered in good time. Only thing is dish was slightly dented on one side. Even though box was strong enough the dish was moving around in box. Needed packing better”

“There were no problems with sat company, product good for money well presented and ease of assembly. However the courier service was appalling, which left me frustrated and waiting around for two days longer than necessary and poor update on tracking info, seems that the two depot's, Boreham Wood and other place were not always talking to each other as package got lost in system for two days.. Tracking message stated that the package had left depot but didn't say which leaving idea that it was due to arrive soon..”
