I have sent you 3 emails, and left 3 telephone messages in relation to an item I returned to you for repair. To date you have not had the courtesy to respond back. I first emailed you on the 4th July and it is now the 12th July. Your after sales service is appalling. I would strongly advise that you give me a call on 07528 382277.

Hi I tried to contact you several times .I have a technomate tm 5402 bought on the 06/08/2021 and the sensor for the remote controller isn't working anymore . Can you fix it?
