“I am sure the products are good but the service is awful. Our next day order arrived after we had already done the job it was for, meaning we had to purchase locally. The only response we got was a refund of £3 for the difference in the next day delivery. They clearly are not interested in any kind of customer service.”

Good afternoon Mr Low, I did not realize you had to purchase another lot of cable. If you wish to return it, we will give you a full refund. I have spoken to my manager and he will refund you the full amount of Carriage the amount of £10. If you will be reurning your order, please inform us so we can expect it back.
