“Really disappointing experience. Ordered on a Thursday evening, and received confirmation of the order. I also had some dialogue with the seller regarding payment arrangements and a starter pack (it was agreed this would be sent as part of the order). On the following Tuesday, I had to chase the seller as I'd not received any email advising about delivery (and my kids were nagging me!). It was at that point that I was told the order had somehow not gone through to what I assume was the supplier. Well, the table finally arrived (safely) this morning (Monday, a full 11 days after the order). BUT, without the starter pack?! So I put the table together with my kids, but we had no bats or balls to play with. I've since been told this would be sent separately, so hoping to receive it soon. All in all, I'd steer clear, especially if you're in a rush!”
