Not only was this the only place I found that had children’s cases for the iPad I have, there was a wide selection. The one I chose arrived on time and the molded foam is light and seems durable. It’s been in use for a couple weeks, and I have no complaints. Not crazy about their package tracking though.

I will never buy with you again, the shipping tracking is not sent and they do not respond again. I am very angry about the money I have lost and the confidence that they would ship my order. I need a refund since they have been irresponsible, they sell non-existent products. watch out!!!

The "famous" brand case didn't last and I was looking for a reasonably priced alternative. I found Tablet2Cases and it was the perfect case for my iPad Pro. I have already recommended you to someone!

Ordered Nov 5, 2022…they said blah blah blah product was during transit, and since we do not have stock in our local warehouse, it was dispatched from our international warehouse. Unfortunately, the carrier returned the package to us because the package included the screen cleaning liquid 11/25/3022 still have not received a tracking number nor product. SAD!!

Bought two things from Tablet2Cases, a tabletop desk and an old tablet cover. I have received the desk and it's lovely. Works perfectly for my needs and allows me to work on the floor as well. It arrived very quickly and assembled but folded in the box. I'm very happy with it. I would just suggest letting people know what courier service you use as we're at a post office box and we needed to find the nearest courier location for their address so they could call us when it arrived.

Still not received and did not know this was coining from China. False advertising on company’s part. I thought the case would be here by now but it hasn’t even left the shipping facility.

I ordered a case and it said for iPhone 13 when I went to check out. It then was apparently a mini but it didn’t say that prior to ordering. Then they told me it was sold out and made me buy another color. However, I received the case for the mini. Then, they won’t pay for the return shipping. Horrible customer service and messed up website

I'm very sorry that you are having this experience with us. Upon reviewing your order we were able to determine that the product originally purchased (for which we sent a confirmation email) was for the iPhone 13 Mini. When we contacted you to let you know that it was out of stock, we offered you a different color of the product in the original order. Upon you receiving the incorrect product and contacting us about this, we sent you an email letting you know that under these circumstances, we normally ask our customers to cover the postage fee, as we sent the product that was in the order, but regardless, we would like to help you by covering the return postage fee (Up to $5.00). The problem was that our system would only allow us to refund the full amount of the order, so we offered to refund the additional postage fee through PayPal. Unfortunately, we didn't hear back from you. If you would still like to resolve this issue, feel free to reach out!

I bought a Cooper Cases cover w/keyboard in March of 2021. Absolutely love it, and it has almost obsoleted my need for a laptop per day to day personal usage. Battery life on the keyboard is terrific. I never turn the keyboard off as that way I don't have to re-pair it to my device. It stays charged and running for DAYS at a time. And my tablet sees a lot of evening hours usage. I did have a probelm though. After a few months two of the clips broke off. I contacted Cooper and they sent me a replacement, no questions asked. I set it up and has run great as well. But again, a few days ago, the clips broke again. I emailed Cooper and they looked into the problem. A close look at the specifications revealed that my Fire tablet is just smidgeon larger than the case is made to fit over. They told me they had a slightly larger case and would be happy to send it to me. I thanked them and asked them to please send it to me. I'm awaiting its arrival. The terrific support for their products and their CUSTOMERS has made me a customer for life. They could have passed it off as me being too hard on the case or some other reason, and left me hanging in the wind. They took direct action, analysed the issue, and discovered the likely cause for my problem. Absolutely great service!!!! And this comes from someone who has made his living for years knowing how to take care of my customers. COOPER CASES ROCKS! Buy with confidence that they will take care of you!

This product is too good for it's $22 price tag. I was amazed when I unwrapped it and saw all the features that you can't really see in the pictures. For example, the outside side strap used to hold the porfolio is expandable to fit your hand and is very secure. There are so many well sewn pockets. Just being able to keep your iPad (for me) and my phone together in a zippered case is so convenient. Definitely worth you taking a second look.
