I ordered a case to fit my 10.1 tablet and got a case for a 8 -9" tablet. I just want to return it. I've already purchased a case that fits.

Tablet2Cases kept me very informed each step of the ordering and delivery process. They let me know when a phone case I ordered was damaged during a check of the order. They didn't send the product but contacted me about what I would prefer to do. We then resolved the situation in a great way. I will recommend them to everyone I know.

I received the table. It doesn't suit my needs. I can't use it. I asked for a return shipping label and was ignored. UPS will ship it back for $53. This not acceptable

Hi James! I'm very sorry we haven't replied to your email. Due to the season, we have a bit of backlog and haven't been able to get to your ticket. As a company, one of our main goals is to ensure that our customers are satisfied with the product that they receive. This satisfaction starts from the moment of purchase, up to when you receive and use the product. We try our best to display our products and their features as explicitly as possible on our website to ensure that you will be satisfied with your purchase. We understand that on some occasions, perspective can play a role, and you just end up not liking the product. This is completely understandable. With that being said, we offer our customers to return the product in like-new condition to our local return center, in exchange for a refund. This product is considered an oversized one, so returning it can be expensive. If we would have shipped an incorrect or damaged product we would cover this postage cost, but unfortunately, this is not the scenario. I've sent an email with alternative solutions to this situation. We are very sorry that this did not go as expected. Tablet2Cases Team

This online retailer doesn’t cooperate or help customers there is no return label service for the product which are defective or which doesn’t fit the description you have to end up sending on your own expense they promise they will provide refund for the postage but they never refund you in full. On top of it they delivery time frame is way too long I wouldn’t trust this retailer anymore it’s better to stick with well known online retailers who at least value their customer

As discussed over email, Tablet2Cases takes full responsibility for refunding postage fees whenever we make an error while dispatching your order. Your order was placed on Nov 29th, and it was dispatched the same day. According to the tracking information, it was delivered on Dec 12th. Based on our policies (which are stated on our website) if the product is available in our local warehouse, delivery takes 4-7 days, and if it gets dispatched from our international warehouse, it takes 12-15 days. Unfortunately in this case as we saw in the images, you ordered a case that was not compatible with your device. The case was not defective, it just wasn't the right one. As a company that is committed to our customers, we decided to refund 50% of the postage fee, which has already been done. We appreciate your feedback. If there's anything else we can do for you, don't hesitate to reach out. Tablet2Cases Team
