“I ordered a hood antenna mount for my '23 Tacoma TRD Sport from TACOMABEAST, and FedEx claimed to have delivered my order, but never did. And I have doorbell video footage for the entire day to prove that they were never even on my street, much less came up to my door to make the delivery. I called TACOMA BEAST to help with this, and Catalina immediately sent me a new part overnight (not FedEx). That is AMAZING customer service. I highly recommend TACOMABEAST!”

“Good product. Just one thing, I live in Hawaii, shipping is always an issue so usually I go with Amazon. After ordering your product the shipping line said "FREE". So I paid for the product in full. The next day I get an email saying shipping will cost me something like $104. Really? I guess I didn't see the fine print saying Hawai'i shipping would be calculated later. I guess the definition of FREE is a bit different then mine. Maybe put TBD as in To be determined instead of free. Just a suggestion as I paid $100 shipping for a product that cost $200. Other than that I got good service but that "FREE" but not really got me a bit upset and felt like I was being scammed. Change your policy”
