The response time for customer service is very long, and when they answer you they are very unhelpful. And the return policy for tacoma beast is basically don't look at the box or they wont take it back.”

As per our warranty policy, we requested pictures to assess the wiring situation and consult with the supplier to assist with the installation or facilitate an exchange if the incorrect lights were purchased. Unfortunately, we never received these pictures, and instead, you requested a return.
Spyder Auto has a strict return policy, which includes a 20% restocking fee and requires the customer to cover shipping costs if they choose to return a product for personal reasons.
