“Great venue, my room was all set up when I arrived and the facilities were excellent. I will use them again.”

“I did find a venue through the site but I found it cumbersome to have to communicate through the site throughout the process. I want to build a relationship with the contact which is more difficult sending messages through a 3rd party site, I had trouble accessing the site on my mobile so couldn't always see the venue's response straight away. It's annoyong to be forced to communicate in this way.”
