However, as someone who needs to maintain detailed records for work purposes, I find it more efficient to transition to email communication with the venues directly. This allows me to easily save and organize essential information without relying on screenshots from the Tagvenue chat interface. Overall, Tagvenue serves its purpose well in venue discovery, but for those with specific documentation needs, direct email communication might be preferred.”

“Beautiful studio! Good facilities. I had some issues connecting the speaker and no one was able to respond on the number given. The fact it is a dance studio, a speaker is something i believe to be quite crucial. In the end I figured it out but the communication wasn't there.”

Additionally, being able to specify the capacity of the venue simplifies the selection process. However, the indicated prices often differ significantly from the initial overview, which can be misleading. Despite this drawback, the response time from venues was remarkably fast and accurate. Ultimately, we successfully booked our annual meeting venue through Tagvenue. Overall, Tagvenue proved to be a valuable tool for locating and securing event spaces, despite minor discrepancies in pricing information.”

“I haven't been using Tagvenue for long but I love the amount of options there are to choose from. I love the filter options so I can weed out venues not relevant to me. However, please crack down on venue owners who do not respond, and please allow the option to search for ALL venues and not make it a necessity to type in a type - sometimes I don't care for the type of venue and just want a simple space.”
