“Isabella Scott was incredibly understanding, especially as this was my first time booking with Tag Venue. I had initially requested the AV theatre room for an advocate seminar with 40 legal practitioners. By chance, I called the venue to check on an HDMI cable and was then informed that the booking hadn't been secured, which caused quite a bit of panic as I had to retrace my steps. Isabella was extremely patient and quickly offered an available alternative room, price-matching it based on our previous conversation. She was a lifesaver in ensuring the event could still go ahead. There was also an unexpected request for lunch to be provided, and the open communication with Isabella made everything so much smoother. Speaking with the same person for both the room and lunch arrangements made the process efficient and seamless. Thank you again, Isabella, for your patience, understanding, and for managing what turned out to be a rather complex booking!”

“I needed a cozy and private discussion room that had comfy chairs. Most offered very corporate and less relaxed mood for conversation. The platform was easy to navigate but the price published can be more transparent. The per hour cost was ideal, but the minimum booking fees was undesirable. I hope that you can find more of such avenues that provides comfort and accessibility.”

“From start to finish the team have been excellent. They have an excellent knowledge of the venue and available additional services such as music and catering. They quickly understand your requirements and follow up on outstanding details in preparation of your event. Although the ‘night’ itself has arrived I am very confident that it will go well and that the team will support if needed to resolve any last minute glitches.”
