“Fast and timely responses from the companies who own the respective rental spaces. One thing that could be improved on is that they could answer some of my smaller, less pressing questions directly. Some of my questions were not answered but I was able to then find them later on when I paid for the place. All good!”

“Booking was a challenge as the transaction was flagged as fraudulent. I tried multiple cards before calling the bank which said that the transactions required verifications. There was no pop-up or message from the site that indicated it was trying to send a verification and I received no text or email. Wasted a fair bit of time with bank sorting it out. I'm runnig Chrome and am techically savvy so not user error. Also, have booked space with other sites. This was a lot more difficult and no apparent way to contact support.”
