“Very fast service. The box arrives quickly, sent the frames off and received them back in short order. The lens are great and they even replaced several of the frame screws. Well worth the money.”
“Lenses look good in the frames, but the installation was a bit tricky I thought. My lens installation produced a good bit of creaking that I had never heard from the OEM lenses when I was trying to get them to see correctly in the frame. I had to use way more force and I thought I might break the frames trying to force the lenses in. Shipping was OK but not super fast or anything. Time will tell on the durability of the lenses.”
Thanks for the honest feedback, David — installing lenses yourself can be tricky, and Costa frames in particular hold their lenses very tightly. That is why we make the recommended and default choice to send in the frame for our experts to install them for you, however, you opted to do it yourself. “I am happy with the results once I got my lens back the only thing that I would complain about was that the pricing was not complete as advertised. I think it would be better if it was known that there may be extra charges for extra things. I understand the price posting was a basic price but just knowing the possibility that there would be other costs would have been helpful.”

You chose the progressives, and we changed your order and asked only for the difference in price between the two products — not an added charge on top of the advertised price.
