“Fast, Efficient and a wonderful company - Strongly Recommend! Take a few days and have them send you their box - I did not and while the frames arrived at their facility without damage, it was just a hassle. The return with the new lenses were packed perfectly. Tajima Direct just has the experience and expertise.
One other notable failure on my part. The frames arrived in a very nice silken pouch but do yourself a favor and spend a few dollars for their box. I don't know what it looks like but given their reputation and everything else that was outstanding in the transaction, splurge and be good to yourself.”

I selected the option they suggested and I'm very pleased with the results. The option I selected didn't have the prescription in the outer 10% of the lens but I barely notice it. Highly recommend!”

“I used TD to replace lenses on discontinued Maui Jim glasses. Maui Jim could no longer service them, but Tajima made the replacement lenses that look exactly like the originals. Took about a week.
I especially liked how TD communicated. We had to discuss some technical details via email, and they were very clear and responded promptly.”

“When I took a pair of Maui Jim frames to have lenses put in at Kaiser they said they could put lenses in some outside frames but never MauiJim frames. I spent the next month going to 5 different independent optical shops who all said the same thing! I came home discouraged. I love these blue gray frames. I tried just wearing them without my prescription for that "movie star look" but I couldn't read at all. With some spare time I sat at the computer and typed in "How to put prescription lenses in Maui Jim frames" and the first response was Tajima Direct. I'd never heard of them. So I had a back and forth conversation with them and they assured me they could do it. I sent them off with a box provided by them and hoped for the best. I really had told myself not to get my hopes up. They texted me twice over the next week to let me know the progress and again later that they were in the mail returning to me after 13 days! I was so pleased and a bit astonished that they were actually coming back to me. They are really beautiful glasses! I opted for polarized lenses which I have never had before and I'm wondering why I ever let anyone discourage me from choosing them. They're great! I'm outside so much and it's just so much more comfortable not having to accommodate the glare. I am so appreciative for the 5***** service. Thank you Tajima Direct.
