“Lense match exactly with a high quality glass lens. The process was easy, although I didn't get the prelables box I thought I ordered. also when you get your lenses back they won't have the logo on them; but I was good with that fact. I just printed out the lable, boxed the glasses and received them back broughtly and I think they might have even adjusted them for me a little.”

As for the box, you selected to have us email you a shipping label to use with your own box on your order so that is what we did. We would have shipped you the box if you reached out asking or had selected it on your order. And finally, as for the logo, we have discontinued the logo so none of our lenses now come with the Tajima logo.

“The new lenses are fine and work well. I am, however, most pleased with the service given to me by Tajima Direct. I had questions relating to the replacement of lenses after receiving cataract surgery. I anticipated needing sunglasses for reading but no prescription for distance. After asking, by chat and email, my questions, Steve called me to ensure I understood how this would be addressed and also provided some great common-sense advice in terms of waiting until both eyes were done (my questions were asked after only one had been addressed). I now view Tajima Direct as one of those rare companies that provide service way beyond what anyone could reasonably expect. My advice to customers is, 'ask. They'll make sure you understand their product, and its delivery.”
