“I had another amazing experience with Tajima Direct.
Tajima made two pairs of glasses (regular and sunglasses) from a Rx that I received locally. As it turns out, my place where I got my eye exam made a mistake on the prescription, making the new glasses useless.
Tajima coached me through the steps to make sure it was an incorrect Rx and that, in fact, turned out to be the case. Thanks to their help, I got a new prescription (this time a correct one).
They made two new pair of glasses that were great, like previous pairs they made me. It's not only about the great lenses, it's also about their incredible service. Tajima Direct was there for me through the entire customer journey and I highly recommend them.”

once I ordered my lenses I recieived a ship to lable, sent them off and in about a week new lenses.
My glasses are now great again!! It was so easy.

“Had 2 sets of lenses from Tajima; one where I provided the frame and another where I provided the model of a lost pair of maui jim sunglasses.
Jacob was awesome - he managed to get a used frame of the mai jim sunglasses for me and had the lenses on both frames delivered speedily.
Have now had it for a couple of weeks, and the lenses are beautiful and comfortable and the service outstanding.

“Just received my second pair of glasses, first pair was replacement prescription progressive lenses for my Maui Jims. This pair was to put transition, progressive lenses into a set of Revo frames. Both pair turned out well above my expectations. The customer service was a cut above, great follow up ensuring I was getting exactly what I was looking for, and that my transition lenses were made perfect.
