“The new lenses are fine and work well. I am, however, most pleased with the service given to me by Tajima Direct. I had questions relating to the replacement of lenses after receiving cataract surgery. I anticipated needing sunglasses for reading but no prescription for distance. After asking, by chat and email, my questions, Steve called me to ensure I understood how this would be addressed and also provided some great common-sense advice in terms of waiting until both eyes were done (my questions were asked after only one had been addressed). I now view Tajima Direct as one of those rare companies that provide service way beyond what anyone could reasonably expect. My advice to customers is, 'ask. They'll make sure you understand their product, and its delivery.”

“I was hesitant at first when realizing the replacement lenses weren't "authentic" Maui Jim lenses. But, after receiving a call from Jacob who explained the detailed and superior technology of the Tajima lenses, I felt confident that I could trust the company. The mailing process went smoothly, and I had my MJ frames with new lenses delivered within a short period.
