“I corresponded with Jacob due to the urgency of receiving my sunglasses on time before my travel. I completed the order 3 weeks prior without raelizing that prescription lenses take quite some time (~3 wks depending on location) to build and finalize. With Jacob's great customer service, I was able to receive my sunglasses on time for my trip which I am soooo grateful about.”
