“Taking Cara Babies is the absolute best resource we had for our newborn son. By following the schedule (as much as you can follow a schedule with a baby!) during the day, he was quickly into a routine and was sleeping well during the night by 2 months, and by 3 months is now sleeping through the night. The CRIES method is a game changer, I’ve even tested it on my sister’s baby and other friends’ kids, and it works! Taking Cara Babies is the best gift you can give to a new mom, and will now forever be my go-to for baby showers. I joke that if Cara started a cult, I would be the first member, but she has created an incredible program that really makes you feel supported as a new mom and gives you your nights back more quickly than you thought was possible. 10/10 all day…and all night!”

“Cara’s classes are a must-have for new moms or any mom who wants to learn more about sleep for their babies. I am a first time mom who took Cara’s newborn class. Following the steps provided, I was able to help my son learn to sleep stretches of 8-9 hours at night by the time he was 2 months old. He is now 6 months old and sleeping 11-12 hours straight at night. Taking Cara Babies has been a blessing.”

“Following the 5 month sleep lessons has helped my family out so much! My baby sleeps 90 minutes for naps and sleeps 12 hours straight through the night. If we didn’t go through your lessons I don’t know if I’d have any sanity left me in. As she gets older and needs less naps I know learning through you about transitioning will help us move through those periods with ease. Thank you so much for providing these for me. “Two words: Game Changer. Taking Cara Babies skyrocketed my newborn’s sleep to 7-8 hours a night at 9 weeks old! We took the “Will I Ever Sleep Again?” course and I recommend to anyone having a baby. TCB content comes in bite size videos that include real life examples of Cara working hands on with newborns. Her tools are practical and easy to apply, I genuinely have nothing but great things to say about her content!”
