Very slow response and terrible customer service to wrong items delivered. It has been almost 24 hours since the wrong item delivery and it is still not resolved. Too much incovenience and stress to paying customers. Until now I am waiting to get the wrong delivery resolved.

It’s incredibly frustrating when basic customer service falls short. After contacting customer care 20 times, all they’ve done is apologize and end the chat. They sent groceries with three missing herbs and a damaged coconut water that spilled everywhere. Even the package received was not sealed properly. Unlike Noon and Careem, their service is unreliable and disappointing.

The most terrible delivery service. Didnt bring the order. Took money and never made a refund. Was blaming me by the phone that it was my fault that i didnt collect the order. Customer service is not responding, ignoring and sending template messages. Unacceptable and unrespectful behavier ever! Even 1 star is too much!

Very bad and unprofessional service!! They deduct money from my account for an order that was not even created and when I followed up with them on X they bold me there was a technical issue hence the deduction and the refund will be in 5-7 days!! Now after 12 days still.no refund and they told me they need another 5-7 days for the refund!!! Other delivery apps like delivero or noon MUCH better and MUCH professional
