Very bad and unprofessional service!! They deduct money from my account for an order that was not even created and when I followed up with them on X they bold me there was a technical issue hence the deduction and the refund will be in 5-7 days!! Now after 12 days still.no refund and they told me they need another 5-7 days for the refund!!! Other delivery apps like delivero or noon MUCH better and MUCH professional

I ordered from them for my guest I waited more than 5 hours and keep calling them to check the order after long time waiting they sending a notification that I got my order when l contacted them oooh sorry you didn’t get your order sorry within 20 min will send it again and again nothing in the end ok will refund your money within 24 hours and till now nothing again and again contacting them in the end ooooh dear send your bank statement to make sure you didn’t get your money and the funny part the customer service she wants me to rate them good after the conversation no sham.
