When ordering I added that I was moving into my new address on the 21st and gave my current address for delivery of router.

Be careful, because your contract is starting when you are placing your order and the delivery time at least 2 weeks, so with a 20 days cooling period, you do not have time to test the system.

Surely there would be same-day delivery with onsite help from a business this size? Sadly, no.

She informed me that the delivery driver should have at least notified her CSP that they had 'failed' to make the delivery.

The first call I made to them was to change the delivery date for the service start: it lasted 30 minutes and I didn't get what I needed.

I have today written a recorded delivery letter to their managing director detailing my concerns which mainly come down to poor broadband speeds( far less(less than 50%) than promised in the contract) and complete failure to contact me at pre arranged times as promised.
