“ Eventually we spoke to someone who was actually bit helpful and she agreed to cancel our contract early and issue us a refund (which we never received) 2 months after I thought I would never have to speak to anyone at talk talk again I receive an email THREATENING TO SEND DEBT COLLECTORS AND PUT OUR NAME ON A CREDIT FILE! Now we are trying to get this bill cancelled as we don't owe them money. ”
