Eventually we spoke to someone who was actually bit helpful and she agreed to cancel our contract early and issue us a refund (which we never received) 2 months after I thought I would never have to speak to anyone at talk talk again I receive an email THREATENING TO SEND DEBT COLLECTORS AND PUT OUR NAME ON A CREDIT FILE! Now we are trying to get this bill cancelled as we don't owe them money.

2 hours calling about a crackling on my line, 3 missed engineers appointments, being charged £15.00 to contact them of the problem, no refund on the missed appointments. Do not use this company.

She read why they won't refund the money and asked me if I want "troubleshooting guidance" emailed to me.

When I found out and asked for a refund they, to all intents and purposes blamed me for not letting them know earlier.

I’ve only given one star because I had too, if I could put zero then I would! TalkTalk have very poor customer service! They are quick to take an upfront fee when you’re a new customer but suddenly cancel your order and then decline your request for a refund.

Closed my dads account 78 year old and moved house, thru 2 months later took money from him being vulnerable, after complaints so so many calls agreed to refund and can’t get the money returned, they are by far the worst company in terms of customer services and complaints process, going to have to escalate complaint to ofcom

- Instead of the refund for my overpayment, I was offered a 'goodwill gesture' of £10 that nowhere near matched what I was actually owed.

When they said that I couldn't exit without paying I asked for a refund, I'd spent about a total of about 5h on the phone to them in the past month, the only option they offered me was a 5 pound credit note.
