“ Decent price and good internet speed, however when I've had an issue the customer service was ridiculously bad. They tried to charge me £40 for an engineer to visit to fix an issue with their box as they can 'no longer send an engineer for free' even though the tv box was faulty. Eventually resolved after 45 minutes on their internet chat, followed by a 45 minute wait to speak to a manger and a further 40 minutes of diagnostic checks. ”

“ Interent connection went down last Thursday; after waitiing a day to see if it came back, reported the fault on Friday pm. The service advisor ran a number of tests and decided the router was faulty. As this was an old router, a replacement was offered free of charge, with deliver 2-5 working days. New router arrived Monday. So well done TalkTalk! ”
