Best prize online. Delivered as promised. Some one from sales kept me informed about delivery time, shipping and warranty. Product is working better than expected.

I like this water heater. It was relatively easy to install, once I bought all of the many parts. I installed a descaler at the same time for this water heater. If I turn the temperature above 120 degrees, the hot water pressure seems to drop.

Hi Catherine, thank you for your review and feedback. The reason the pressure drops a bit is because the water needs more time in the unit to be heated to the higher temperature. The faster water flows through the unit the less time it has in the heating chamber to be heated, so in order to get the water to the higher temperature the flow rate/pressure is being slightly reduced so that the water has time enough in the heating chamber to reach the higher temperature.

The only issue I've encountered is that with todays low flow fixtures the heater will not always activate. It trys and then eventually gives up. I have to open another fixture on the first floor to get hot water on the second. I have plenty of pressure just not enough flow.

Hello Cathie and Michael. Thank you for your review and feedback. The unit does need 0.4 gallons per minute to turn on, which is just short of a normal hand sink on full. Once activated the flow rate can be reduced down to 0.1 gallons per minute which is a hand sink barely on, but it does take about a hand sink's full water pressure to first turn on. If that is not the case you may want to contact Rheem tech support to see if there is a setting or something that needs to be adjusted. That number is 1-800-432-8373.

I bought a RTGH-RH11DVLP 2 years ago when I built my house, I couldn’t be happier with the unit. The water gets hot fast no problem with two showers going at the same time and the best of all not having to worry about running out of hot water.

Item was received promptly as promised. I did not pay for the extra padding that is suggested and despite it being in a thick cardboard box with styrofoam inside, the corner of the case did get dented. It is just cosmetic and does not affect the operation of the unit.

We have been using it for over a year with no problems. Unlimited hot water out of a small and light-weight unit that we installed in the attic.

Was needing a vertical vent pipe instead of a horizontal one for my tankless water heater. But other that that everything look great and really well made.

Awesome on demand water heater. I was skeptical at first because I always though on demand water heaters were not able to provide hot water as readily as a traditional one. Not true at all in this case. Installed my outdoor unit myself, and am ver happy with its performance to date!

Purchased a RTGH-RH10DVLN heater from Tankless Water Heater Depot during our home remodel. Their service was excellent, keeping us informed on the shipping status, and letting our contractor know of arrival time so someone would be there for the shipment.

This has been a great product. We added a bathroom at the opposite end of our house from the existing hot water heater and without this tankless (located just a few feet from sink and shower) we'd have been wasting a ridiculous amount of water waiting for it to get hot. We've been using it for over a year now and have always had plenty of hot water.
