“Super Quick shipment and arrival of Water Heater. Prior to purchase I spent at least 30 minutes on the phone with one of their employees. He went out of his way to answer all of my questions and to ensure I ordered the hot water that best suited my needs. Unless you have some plumbing experience I highly suggest hiring a pro to install a tankless water heater. They are much heavier than you would think and not only require basic pipe work and soldering but also specialized venting. My son in law and I both very experienced in home projects removed the old water heater and installed the new tankless in about 3 hours, which included a trip to the hardware store for plumbing parts. “The Rheem tankless water heater is wonderful. Always have hot water when you need it, and never run out. The only down side is that it takes a while for the water to heat up, but other than that, I would never go back to a standard water heater. It is also money saving, because it doesn't have a pilot light which stays on, even if you are not using the hot water.”
