“I purchased this hot water heater to supply hot water to a cabin sink and an outdoor shower in a semi remote property in Alaska. Our well is 220’ deep and the water is very cold. It is installed in a space that is protected from rain but still outdoors. This heater has worked flawlessly. A bit on the expensive side but we’ll worth the investment. It’s only downside for real remote areas is that it requires 110v power (instead of batteries). I’d recommend it to anyone.”
“Love my Rheem tankless water heater. For the first 4months of use in a 3 bath home with 3 people we used 17.7 pounds of propane! At this rate it will save over half of what the electric tank type cost us!”
“Works perfect for our double sink upstairs vanity. We save a lot of water as we do not have to let it run to get hot water. We've had it in use for about a month and it has worked great!”
“This is our 2nd installation. Perfect for apartments with medium to low demand or small families as seen in so many one and 2 bedroom units. Plus it saves the tenant on utilities. They love the landlord even more now.”
“9 pedicure chairs and double sink. 2 months now and good so far. Never out of hot water. Just run at beginning of day for 1 minute until water is hot. Water heater depot had best price and fast shipping.”
“This heater was in place for months before put into operation I must say the install was easy and placing into operation was just as easy once the water was turned on and gas was applied instant hot water was running couldn’t be happier”
“Great service! I was able to talk with the salesperson and find the right size water heater for my needs. Much better the other model that I replaced. The water heater shipped out right away. Very Happy with my purchase”
“I have had Rheem tankless water heaters before because their reputation for quality products is well kown. For those first-time users be reminded that there is a learning curve in using tankless water heaters. I tell people to make small adjustments when bringing the water up to their desired temperature. Note the approximate location of the adjustment lever and when getting into the shower move the lever to that location and let the water run for about 15-30 seconds to reach the desired temperature. Then you can make minor adjustments while in the shower. Making major changes to the lever position can fool the sensors in the water heater and add too much cold water to the water stream giving the user a shock of cold water. Remember- SMALL ADJUSTMENTS!”
“This is the best place to buy Rheem tankless water heaters. They ship quickly, are responsive to emails and phone calls. I've never had an issue with them.”
