Hi, the tape did ship out the same day free of charge via USPS 1st Class mail but unfortunately, the order took longer than the 4 days it's supposed to go from Florida to Hawaii. We offer USPS Priority and UPS options which can be more reliable but they are not free. Please let us know how the tape is working for you and if there is anything else we can do in the future.

The tape works great but sometimes I have trouble with the beginning of the roll--it either doesn't rewind the used end or several rounds have to be unwrapped before it comes off the roll the correct way in the beginning. Once you get it going it works fine for the rest of the roll.”
