Looking into this further, the order was received on Aug 2nd and shipped the same day. Per the tracking information from the carrier, delivery was unsuccessfully attempted twice but was noted as 'receptacle blocked' and finally delivered to the front porch Aug 9th at 3:22p. If you think the carrier made a mistake we can request an inquiry on your behalf or you can ask your local post office who may have additional insight or ability to recover the item. If you have any further information that might be able to help us with the inquiry please let us know though once the package is transferred to the carrier we have little more information than what is posted on the tracking details online.
