As stated throughout the website and production experience the lead time is 2-3 business days for the proof and 12-15 business days for production. Custom printing and plate manufacturing do take time but re-orders will be faster and we hope you find the product worth the wait. “I haven’t received my order, so I can’t give a review. I don’t even know where the package is because the last update I got was it shipped from Miami and was sitting in Pittsburgh, PA. Why I don’t know. I’m not even 300 miles from Miami. All’s I can say right now is I’m not impressed with the shipping. UPDATE: Package arrived tore up. I don’t know if anything is missing. At this point it is, what it is. The United States postal service sucks. I know realize that I bought from y’all on amazon it I received 12 rolls instead of 24. It was an a mess but got sorted out after a week or so. I’m still going to stick with what I said. Shipping is a NIGHTMARE! But Tape Jungle’s communication and customer service is on point. The tape is an alright product for the value. So with all that being said. I would still recommend the tape and Tape Jungle. It’s really hard to find a company that is on point with customer service. I respect that. :-) I will revise my star rating to good.”

“I was very disappointed in the packaging for my order. I ordered 144 rolls of tape and expected them to be in 6 boxes of 24 as in the past. I received 3 boxes of 24 and the other 72 were out of the boxes and crammed into the shipping box. Several rolls were warped, and hopefully they will still work in my pink dispenser. I am sure it was packaged this way to avoid using the next larger box for shipping. I am not sure I will order from Tape Jungle again.”
