“I would not recommend anyone use this company as their salesman Lee is full of lies, just telling u want u want 2 hear for his commission. Apparently water is not supposed to do on flooring so we have just been told after nearly a year later. He orders u the wrong parts that are need 2 fix the problem and then just blames everyone else when it goes wrong. Go carpetwright in future as we have never had problems there b4”

“Excellently priced 80/20 remnant, exactly colour we wanted. Fitter has carried out an excellent job today. Good service at the store, prompt fitting date. Very pleased.”

“The staff were very helpful and they helped us with everything we asked of them. we also felt very welcome in the store and they didn't try to rush us or persuade us to get something that was out of our budget unlike some other carpet stores we visited, we are very satisfied”
