Otherwise i would say i got scammed as i paid up front, no confirmation email or correspondence, received a phone call today claiming a taxi was on its way to me (even though i booked it for next week). No recourse etc

DO NOT BOOK !! STAY AWAY the pre booked taxi never arrived . WAITED 30 MINUTES FOR A CAR. WAS ADVISED BY CUSTOMER SERVICE I WOULD RECEIVE A FULL REFUND. WHEN I DID NOT RECEIVE THE REFUND AND RE CONTACTED THE COMPANY THEY REFUSED TO HONOUR THE REFUND !!!!

I had to cancel because your site was not working properly: I tried to book for november the 2nd in the morning (I even manipulated the little clock's hands on your site) and I was booked automatically for the next day at noon ! My refund demand has been refused according to company policy!!!!!!!!

Booked them to take us, a party if 6, to a family wedding. Paid in full in advance and then 2 days before they cancelled the bookng advising that a refund would be in my account within 3-5 days. That was 10 days ago and still no refund. Strongly recommend don't use them, as I feel have ben scammed. BTW I could get review on by ticking 1 star but reality they would definitely get none.

I requested a refund seeing as it was not confirmed, and they refused and said it would be a full cancellation fee, even though they were unable to accommodate the trip.

Absolute scam - I wish I had seen reviews before booking.
Terms and conditions very hard to find on their website. Despite not confirming my bookings they are only giving me 10% refund on ~£500 of bookings.
Trying to dispute through credit card provider as complete scammers.

We have been badly exploited by their customer service representative who has taken advantage of a "no refund policy on their advanced bookings" to take £281 from my bank account, for a booking made but cancelled within 15 minutes of booking due to a misunderstanding from reading their website as to what type of vehicle was being supplied
Taxicode Agent said "you will lose your money as we have a no refund policy" I responded we had only just made the booking 15 minutes earlier so why would we need to pay £281 as a penalty for not understanding their website.

After many attempts to call Taxicode that day (phone number is dead) I received an email from them in reply to mine asking for refund, to say my trip was active, was booked with a completely different provider, neither they nor this other compsny had ever
contacted me with this information.
