“The vehicle I selected apparently would not hold 6 passengers and your site allowed me to choose this even though I later found out that you should not have accepted the Booking. You then put the job out to another Company who wanted another £20 which I had no choice but to pay.”

“Do not book with this company made the mistake of booking with them before I read the reviews cancelled hours after I had booked they charge a large cancellation charge they took £60 off out of my account disgracefull”

“It’s clearly a scam, my journey was cancelled at 2am day before we booked. They have a coupon as a sorry and I was suppose to get a refund 3-5 days later. It’s been a week and I’ve gone through my bank to get the refund now. Tried calling them directly and no one has picked up. Total scam artists and I looks like the website is down.”

“I pre booked and paid for a taxi. Only to be stranded at night on my own in the middle of nowhere as they cancelled my taxi 10 mins before it was supposed to arrive. No refund has been given and after calling them I've been told they cannot refund due to issues with their system! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!”

“Absolute scam I agree with everyone else - don’t use them. I received several calls telling me everything was alright then they cancelled. Midnight pick up and caused me a lot of problems.”

“As per the other reviews. Total scam. They take your money (£75), promise a taxi, cancel at the last minute. Don't refund you. All others in the same boat contact your bank and dispute the transaction. I promise you. Your bank will be familiar with the story.”

“my booking was cancelled 40 minutes before pickup and collection to Belfast Airport on an early Sunday morning. No apology or come back.I couldnt hire another in that time.My car I then had to drive with much time stress and charged £100 plus to park in the Airport carpark for ten days.Dreadful,dont use.”

“COMPLETE SCAM ! ! DO NOT USE ! ! They take your money, cancel your booking and do not respond to refund requests. I'm the fool for not researching before I signed up but I needed the booking urgently - have since found scores of reviews saying exactly the same.”

“Complete scam ordered a taxi for 1:15am on a Tuesday. Revived an email at 12:30 saying the taxi had been cancelled and I would be refunded. 8 days later the money has still not been returned. They are still yet to reply to the two emails that I have sent”

“Company cancelled our taxi the day before we were due to be collected. in spite of being contacted twice have not refunded my money this is contrary to their guarantee of refund within 3 to 5 working days. Have been well and truly conned !Do not use this company and only gave 1 star to access this forum !”

“No stars at all for these crooks! I booked a taxi for 1:15 pm the next day for an airport journey. As a visitor I didnt know the exact postcode so chose the centre of town which is exactly where I was! £42.50 inc 1.50 for confirmation sms which was never received. Half hour later they call to say they have to make it 30 mins earlier due to shift changes. I accepted even though I wasn’t keen. Another hour goes by and I get another call . I need to pay 10£ cash to the driver as my journey is longer based on my actual postcode which I had to google for them. I disagreed so he tried to barter , eventually saying “ don’t worry , I’ll waive it “ The next day, another call …another £8 demand . He tries to tell me the journey is 24 miles. I told him I was going to report the company to fair trade as scammers and suggested I had already checked the route with the exact address twice . Once the night before £40 - cheaper than I paid ! And the next morning £42. Both less than 20 miles of travel according to their app! I sent them screen shots after asking them for, and being refused a refund. Mysteriously ,a couple hours later, I received an email to say they cancelled the taxi and I’d get a refund. Still waiting on that.”

“Don’t trust this bunch of crooks! Auto cancelled by them at last minute after taking my money and confirming 8 days prior … gave me opportunity to book with alternative service provider and they took more money then allocated me a different taxi from one I booked - the same one that auto cancelled me as couldn’t provide service. No refund when I said that was unacceptable as couldn’t be left stranded without lift!! Hideous to deal with and simply no ethics.”

“DO NOT USE. booked a taxi at 15.30 for 22.30 that night. They took the money and cancelled the taxi at 22.00. I phoned the taxi company who were supposed to be collecting me and they said they informed taxicode at the time of booking they could not do it!! (They are a scam booking agent who take money before they have arranged a taxi company to provide the service) 2 weeks later still have not recieved a refund!!”

“It should really be ZERO STARS Booked a taxi with Taxicode for the following morning for hospital appointments cancer department Got an email from them @ 2.50 am to say taxi cancelled no reason given Only noticed the email when checking phone was charged Terrible service would not use and and certainly wouldn’t recommend Fortunately paid with PayPal who will cover the money if it’s not refunded”
