“Battery ordered late on a Sunday evening and was delivered the Tuesday morning after. Was anble to track order from dispatch to my front door. Also worked out less expensive (Including delivery fee) than other battery sellers.”

“Very fast delivery and good prices. Ordered car battery late afternoon, arrived the next day. Only one small 'niggle' when ordering multiple items, they should state that the items might arrive in different deliveries. I ordered wipers as well as a battery. The battery arrived but without the wipers and it was only after creating an account and logging onto their site, that I could see the items had been dispatched as two separate deliveries [with different couriers] As I say, not a major issue but it would have been good to know in the original order email.”
“I ordered 2 batteries on Thursday afternoon & had them delivered by DPD at 11:30 the next day--within 24 hours ! Batteries are in Vacuum storage bags, inside hard plastic bubble-wrap boxes with a lid and then foam wrapped inside cardboard boxes. Prices are well below what I was quoted at other online retailers and also local motor factors, batteries have 4 and 5 year warranty as well (Yuasa and Exide).”
“I bought a rather expensive Bosch battery just over 3 years ago as it had a good warranty. Tayna delivered it the next day.
The battery started playing up two months ago with slow cranking and not starting the car. I had to jump start it a lot. I had the electrics checked out and bought a second hand battery from a scrap yard. This second hand battery didn't fail me and still hasn't.
I performed all of the home tests with the Bosch battery as Tayna suggested (including removing it from the car and trickle charging it). It worked for a day and then failed again. Tayna wanted me to return it. This cost £20, no fault was found and it was returned to me.
A week later I installed the Bosch battery. It started my 2009 diesel s-max straight away. I took it for a 40 minute drive, parked for 10 minutes and came home. It started OK again.
The next day I did a 10 minute journey. I was parked for 5 minutes (getting diesel) and the car started, but struggled to turn over. I drove home in 10 minutes and left the car until the next morning.
The next day it would not start at all. I used a jump pack and it started. I did an hour journey and parked for the day. When I went to start the car, I needed to use my jump pack again.
I took the battery out and put in the second hand battery back in. I had no more problems starting ever since.
I invested in another charger and trickle charged the Bosch battery. It did the same as before, worked for a couple of times and died... Back went in the second hand battery with no problems.
I am now at a loss. I have already spent £20 for you to say that the battery is fine.
