“Had to send a battery back which was faulty after only months and was told I had to pay postage !! the consumer act (Law) October 15th 2015 states that if bought on line, a product has an inherent fault the purchaser should not pay for the return of faulty goods... well I did at a cost of £10-62 no one seemed interested when I told them I shouldn't be paying for the return, recommend? probably not now.”
