“This was my first time bidding in a TCK Corals auction. I received four corals and all were bigger than expected, fully encrusted, pest free and stunning. They came triple bagged on the day specified in my shipping module in an insulated box with an appropriately sized heat pack that was still warm. All the corals acclimated well and look amazing a week later. Considering the size and condition of the frags, they were a great value for the price. Really happy.”

“Bad communication. Wrote several emails to them and only got one respond once. I shop online for coral from many vendors before, they always included a freebie frag of some sort over $500. TCK didn't do that for me, even though I posted the question. The person responded with "will forward concern with the owner." Nevertheless, never heard from them again after. The frags are in a good size for what I paid for. Something to feel thankful for.”

“paid in full for 2 corals on 4/6/23 and haven't received any update of shipping no email response back after 3 attempts, I don't think its gonna happen for me,its 4/14/23 now im concerned im going to have to try to get my money back, maybe they are backed up but so far no action or communication is coming thru and order remains unfulfilled”

Hi Jeff, Please see the email we sent to you to arrange shipping your order. We only see one message you sent 11 hours ago regarding the shipping. We have your order ready but just need to make shipping arrangements with you via shipping box module to confirm the delivery date. We don't ship without confirming the delivery ahead of time to ensure the highest chances for the corals to arrive alive and get acclimated as quickly as possible after delivery.
