About Tea Life:

Hello! My name's Toby and while I've always been a tea lover, I never really thought about the benefits and healing powers of herbal tea before a certain time in my life where I was going through some stress and anxiety.
This is a short story about my tea life.

I came across Valerian root tea and noticed one of the benefits listed was 'helping stress and anxiety' so I thought why not? It actually did help, and became my first go to solution for when I was feeling stressed.

Since then I have had to go back to that single shop to order it, as it's difficult to find. Sometimes it was sold out, sometimes I was too busy to make the trip, but overall I was just thinking 'why isn't this awesome drink more readily available'?

So I decided to do something about that. I researched the benefits of other herbal tea, as I was curious to see what else was out there and was astonished to learn just how useful and powerful they are. Over time, I realised they really are natures medicine.

This website has been designed to educate, and provide easy access across Australia to a huge range of Organic Herbal tea, free of pesticides and other impurities.

Apart from herbal tea, I have also stocked the best chai, exotic, and other health related blends I could find within Australia. If it's fresh, interesting and tastes great - I'll get it in.

Refused to refund/credit blaming instead my inattention. Website confusion resulted in wrong order. Owner emailed that there were previous issues with this EXACT SAME problem. PayPal are now investigating a partial refund.

Hi Rolf, Thank you for your feedback. For context, this is in regards to our Empty Tea bags located here - https://www.tealife.com.au/products/tea-bags-organic-100-pack The word 'empty' is located no less than three times on this product page, along with numerous images of empty tea bags. In this case our customer determined somehow these contained Hibiscus Tea and unfortunately unable to provide refund due to customer error rather than our error. In regards to previous issues, I explained that these were issues we would sometimes, but rarely, have over 2 years ago since we put the word 'empty' in the products title and description. We have had no problems with this since. The customer has had this explained to them, yet keeps saying we have had previous issues as if they are a recent ongoing occurrence when that is not the case. We'll always refund for almost any problem and often even if the mistake is customer side such as us covering return shipping costs for mistaken address, or even if the customers tea isn't for them. This case is unfortunately a bit too past what is reasonable so unable to refund.

Unfortunately I am unable to do this as I have not received the product. I had a delivery notice for my work address for Saturday. We are closed on Saturday. Hence no delivery and it's now Tuesday.

Tasty poor service 3 weeks in delivery and other purchaces has not dispatched yet even prepaid a while ago.

Parcel delivered 3/2/20. More than 2 weeks after ordered. I was not rung to see if I was home to take delivery, which I was, but he did not bother to drive up the driveway to the house. Just went to the shack at the bottom. The driver didn't even leave the package. Why don't you use Australia Post? Much more efficient, this has now become a hassle. NOT happy

Hi Deborah, sorry for the experience you had with Sendle. We do use Australia Post also - and just default to the cheapest option for us depending on customer location. If you make any other orders with us, please specify 'use Australia Post' in the 'additional instructions for seller' notes on the cart page.

I didn’t really enjoy the flavour. Smaller sizes or samples may have suited me better to try
