I'm disgusted that after paying for a repair plan that you are firstly made to wait 7 days for an engineer then another 7 days for them to confirm you can have a new washer, even after calling them out 3 times in 2 months, then another 5-7 days for delivery of a new washer. I WILL NOT BE BUTING ANOTHER REPAIR PLAN FROM CURRYS. Awful service, I wouldn't even give it one star.

The 1st delivery - the workers didn't even bother to check that the dishwasher was disconnected: a basic error.

They took my tv for more than a week they were supposed to deliver my tv yesterday I get a phone call from them saying there van had broke down You would think that they would deliver it the next day no that's not the case. They will deliver it on the 21st now two days later than the actually delivery day. I rang up customers service they were no help at all.

utter rubbish company. Had paid for next day delivery, was notified item was on the way. then on checking tracking during the day found the driver had marked it as delivered with a cross where a signature would be. No goods were delivered, do not trust this company.

I had horrible experience with teamknow and Currys - how I bought brand new Samsung ultra 250 which was faulty and after few months started to give issues! Called Currys and Team Knowhow booked it for repair and said they will repair and return it within a week - but more than a week passed by no news no mobile - chat help line is not helpful as they saying they don’t deal with online issues or repair. Phone helpline is not working as no one knows what happened and kept on putting me through to other departments. Last text was delivery is on Monday and then after 50 calls a voice message that it will be delivered tomorrow but seems that tomorrow wouldn’t come! Used Currys twice both times horrible experience do not buy from them especially expensive items in my case it was about £1300! Biggest issue is with mobile you don’t know as it still might have my personal data so I’ll have a very uncomfortable Christmas and new year - thanks to horrible Currys and useless Team Knowhow

After taking hours to get through and sort my repair and book time slots for collection and delivery the drivers took it upon themselves to return my tv early deal with my 10 year old daughter and leave it leant against a radiator of wet washing then when I rang to complain I was told I would receive a call bk in 24-48 hrs a week later and another phone call still no one rang me bk really poor customer service

took my tv for repair under warranty and returned it broken, took it back and its taken 2 weeks up to know under assessment , still deciding ? i just wanted it repairing but youve broken it so replace or refund me, its that simple and would take only a few minutes to sort out, ive spent over 18 hours being cut off the phone waiting in for a delivery that didnt happen and sick of being lied to and how busy they are .

Firstly, a colleague was pressuring me to send me a charger which I thought was random as I insisted on my laptop being taken in due to covid-19 delivery delays and because I have a dissertation deadline now.

Upon the day of delivery, 'Team Knowhow' arrived with our appliances, but stated they would not be able to install them!!! They said that the gas oven requires them to check on the boiler first which is in the loft.
