Disgraceful service .sold a blind man a faulty TV took it back for repair returned it no different returns process poor even though tv only 7 months old rhey refused refund dldcscful treatment of blind person as if i havnt got enough misery in my life. I would give 0’stars if I could , sick of calling them for a refund /replacement each staff member gives conflicting info.
The said item was bought in Dec 2022, replaced in July 2023 as faulty. Faulty again so wanted refund.
The latest one said will refund once received, then get an email stating need more info. ANNOYED isn’t the word.

Failed to install our new Oven saying it would'nt fit (didnt even get it out the box to check) . It did fit. Would not refund me the additional fee I was charged to have it fitted. Spent ages trying to sort it and was passed through multiple help desks. Really bad customer service. Appalling attitude of installers. Would not even give them a 1 star rating

don't even deserve a star!! Terrible company, awful customer service! Been waiting 12 weeks for a refund that was apparently sent by cheque which got 'lost' in the post so I had to reapply and wait up to 6 weeks for another. Absolute joke!! They just tell you to call to sort it but none of the staff know anything. Will taking further action just on principal. AVOID!!

After buying a tv onnthe 8th of October 2020 from currys it had to be sent in for repair, got told there were no problems just needed software update, got delivered today with a smashed screen no fixable what so ever, spoken to team know nothing to be told it needs to go back in for repair only had these tv just over a month and been refused a refund even though it was there fault it got damaged

took my tv for repair under warranty and returned it broken, took it back and its taken 2 weeks up to know under assessment , still deciding ? i just wanted it repairing but youve broken it so replace or refund me, its that simple and would take only a few minutes to sort out, ive spent over 18 hours being cut off the phone waiting in for a delivery that didnt happen and sick of being lied to and how busy they are .
