“I bought a Google Pixel 9 Pro from TechCart. It arrived late and was defective. I followed their return instructions and used their official return label. Australia Post confirmed the return was delivered and picked up — but TechCart denies receiving it and refuses to refund.
They also issued a wrong invoice that caused me additional import tax costs.
I’ve submitted legal complaints to consumer authorities in Australia.
Avoid this store at all costs — they do not honor returns or refunds.”
“Order wasn't in stock apparently but showed it was when purchased on Dec 6, order was processing for 10 days, I sent an email to inquire what the wait was about, to be answered days later with a no stock update....you would think a quick refund is in order for the stuff around....been waiting over 20+ days for a refund since, been told my refund is a top priority multiple timed however it's not...service this company has provided is a joke...will have to dispute with PayPal in the end...worst company I have dealt with in years.”
