“I have been very pleased with the service from Techee. I placed an order for an upgrade disc - but this turned out to be unsuitable for my PC (my fault entirely). The team at Techee sorted this problem out very quickly and followed up by e-mail communication to make sure that I had received the replacement product. I installed the system discs with ease and overall I was very impressed with the support they gave me.”

“Licence number provided quickly by e-mail but didn't work with 64bit Win7 install, mailed Jon and he replied quickly with a different code. The new code worked fine and verified as genuine by Microsoft. Happy days!”

“Excellent price and service. Windows 7 Professional downloaded and installed with no fuss. Had to burn the ISO file to a DVD. License key activated with no need to call Microsoft. Very happy; I highly recommend Techee”

“Having had a bad experience some while ago, I'm always a bit dubious when buying Microsoft products from new sites, as to whether it is genuine and will activate properly. I purchased Windows 7 Pro x64 here from Techee, and it activated OK, no problems. The tech support guy was great too as he suggested things that I could try first before I bought. You don't often get pre-sales service! Highly recommended.”

“The COA for Win 7 Pro did not work. Possibly not applicable on a Dell machine. After much helpful advice and very prompt responses from techee.co.uk , the installation of Win 7 professional went well. With hindsight, if the COA doesn't work first time, go straight to the Microsoft automated telephone activation number and follow the very clear instructions - virtually painless and takes about 5 minutes. Thanks Jon at Techee”

“I wanted to run Windows 7 on a Macbook Pro using Parallels and the Yosemite OS. I received the Windows 7 product key in the post after a few days. I had some difficulty understanding quite what I was supposed to do with it, but the support staff at Techee were wonderfully helpful. With their patient guidance I downloaded the ISO file (a disk image file) from a link they provided on their website and opened it on the Mac using the DiskUtility. I didn't even have to burn it to a CD (which can be a bit tricky). I then did a clean install with Parallels, using the product key and hey presto, it works! I haven't figured out yet how to transfer files from my old XP system, but I'll get there.”

“I purchased a single user win7 pro key...The link to the download site was fine, the key arrived 2 days later in the post - great seeing as i order just a day or so before christmas! The online register didnt work so registered using the Phone method - no problem....would have been good to have the product key mailed to me but i guess there may be some restrictions around that? Had to download all the Dell drivers once installed but that was expected. All in all a very good experience. Thanks very much..”

“don't send emails asking for performance until the product has arrived. Now I have the key code product for windows upgrade it was difficult to read the last digit on the label. Once I loaded the key code it worked OK so now I am a happy bunny.”

“The first package never arrived but Techee dealt with the issue in a very professional and timely manor. Most transactions between Internet merchants and their customers go smoothly but a true measure of any merchant is when an issue arises often through no fault of there own and the way they handle the problem. “Picked and downloaded the software, no problem. It must be remembered that the software activation key is sent at a later date (1-2 days) Apart from that, all worked perfectly. Many Thanks”
