“My eventual purchase was delayed as I tried to buy a couple of weeks ago but at the time the paypal check out was not working. I emailed Techee on the contact email address but got no response. I tried again a couple of weeks later and it all worked OK. I would have given a 5 stars but no one got back to my inquiry.”

“Very prompt & accurate reply to my question about the product before buying it. Very quick "post free" delivery by 1st class "Royal Mail". I bought "re-furbished" Windows 7 Professional 64 bit. Not sure what re-furbished means. It appears that Microsoft supplied it to Dell and presumably Dell sold it when they stopped selling computers with W7 loaded. It Installed & activated online and the usual initial updates(about200!) have installed with no problems. My home built computer is now described as "Dell" but I can live with that for the price saving! I'm now entitled to free upgrade to W10 but I think I'll wait a bit for more of the usual initial glitches to be solved. Thanks Jon.”

“my Windows 7 installation disc arrived promptly in the given delivery time stated, once i figured how to install the network adapter driver the rest of of the installation and updating went smoothly, and the price was nice too! i recommend Techee. t”

“Whilst I appreciated the disk would say HP or in my case Dell - it didn't stop to think the logo and homepage of IE and the like were also tuned to Dell - I guess in hindsite this is the case - but was hoping for a cleaner install without having to tidy that sort of thing up. Appreciate it is a cheaper way of getting an OS - but a hassle to change various thing later.”

Hi Steve, thank you for your review and I am sorry to hear of your annoyance. Unfortunately as you mention this is one of the only ways to obtain Windows 7 these days, if you e-mail us we can provide some simple instructions on how to remove all this branding. Note if you decide not to remove it then there will be no limitations at all with Windows 7.

“Apart from the fact that it succeeded in killing my computer - what can I say? I ended up having to take it to a proper Computer Repair shop and having them work on it!! The whole idea of spending £35 on this Windows 7 disc was that I would thereafter be able to update further to Windows 10 at some point.....not that I would have to go to a computer repairer and spend even more money! If I had known that by sitting there watching the disc working and following instructions to the letter, I was actually causing problems ...I wouldn't have bought this disc in the first place. As you can gather - I am not in the LEAST bit impressed!!”

Hello, I am sorry to hear of the issues you were having. We provide free support for the setup of the software via e-mail. If you give us an e-mail we will be happy to help and will work until any problem is resolved. It is virtually impossible for an OS install to 'kill' a computer so any problem can be resolved.

“Ordered my disk on the Saturday evening, recieved it via standard Royal Mail delivery on Tuesday morning, installed on my system and verified in under 30 minutes and running like a dream! Just don't know whether to accept the free upgrade to Windows 10 that keeps popping up...”

“Can't get the disk to work. Once loaded the product activation key is accepted then it tells me that the software is not licensed, so it will not download windows updates. sUbsequent to this I have had a helpful email conversation with the personnel from techee and was impressed by their swift response. we hope to resolve this issue indue course as the product is genuine Microsoft software and there is no reasonwhy it should not activate.”
