“I really do enjoy the TV box. The only problem that I have these days is there is a lot of buffering. I've upgraded my internet service. I took off anything they had Wi-Fi. I even hardwired. The box to the router with the ether cable. And still experience buffering customer service does not pick up their phone anymore. And you leave a message, and you guys never call back. Those are the only complaints that I may have. Other than that, it does work very well when it's not buffering overall. I am a very happy customer with you guys.”
“You guys advertise on the 6K box? It is plug and play spent 2 months since I purchased this. I'm watching canal flight on my brother's box. Because the box I purchase from you still does not work. You guys are hard to get ahold of on your customer service very unhappy with this purchase. Customer service should support a lot more than what it does need to work on that tremendously. You need to provide better instructions on how to hook this box up if it is not plugged in, play The Way you advertise.”
